My name is Shelley Garza, and I am a graduate of Long Beach State University. I am a licensed broker, a member of Reo Network, and am a Green Designated Realtor. I love animals, my friends, and real estate. In my spare time I like to go to the movies, work out, surf the internet, go to baseball games, write, photograph birds and nature, and try new things.
As for real estate, I teach real estate principals and a crash course part time, and in the past I was an apartment manager at Pacific Holiday Towers on 1900 Ocean Blvd Long Beach before the building was sold. I also worked at Hoag Property Management in Downey where I managed apartments, condos, home owner’s associations, and commercial property. Currently I specialize in bank owned properties and short sales. I have had various real estate experiences, so as a result I feel confident that I can be of great service to you.
